People from the South don’t need to worry about traveling to the city to enjoy some good coffee. There are plenty of options now with coffee shops in the South that offer good quality coffee like the popular ones in the metro. As we continue to visit and try cafes here in Cebu, we found this simple, aesthetic, and minimalist cafe. Introducing, Blanc Space Cafe.

Discovering Blanc Space Cafe

Blanc Space Cafe is located across from San Lucas Medical in Minglanilla, Cebu. It is 30 minutes to one-hour ride from the city, depending on the traffic. The cafe opened its doors to the public around March of 2022 serving coffee to people from the South at a very reasonable price.

As you can see, the interiors of the cafe are very neat. It has that minimalist wooden touch that makes it very Instagram-worthy for coffee lovers out there. Space-wise, the cafe can serve up to 20 guests in a full house.

Blanc Space Cafe does have a wide range of menus that guests can choose from. Whether you want it hot or iced, you have the freedom to choose what you prefer. In Blanc Space Cafe, you can order flavors like Latte, Cappuccino, Vanilla, Hazelnut Latte, Matcha Soy Latte, Dark or White Mocha, and Caramel Latte. If you also prefer it simple, Americano is also available.

If you’re like us and are open to trying new unique flavors, you can try Blanc Space Signatures, Coconut Cream Ube Latte and Coconut Cream Matcha Latte. Both drinks were pretty good too!

Aside from drinks, Blanc Space Cafe also has sandwich selections that you can choose from. Here you can enjoy their Grilled Ham & Cheese with Nachos and Grilled Blueberry & Cheese. During our quick visit, we did try both of their Sandwich selections. I specifically loved their Grilled Ham & Cheese!

Overall experience was indeed great! It just makes us happy that more and more cafes are opening here in the South. This makes the coffee experience makes easier with people in the South who want to enjoy some good coffee without the need to travel far to the city.
