Discovering Hungry Dog in Cebu

Hungry Dog in Cebu opened its door to the public with their online deliveries during the pandemic around June of 2020. Because of their unique and tasty hotdog sandwiches, they manage to catch the tongue of many Cebuanos.

We discovered Hungry Dog in Cebu around 2020 but got to try it first around September of 2021. Seeing their photos online would really make you crave that’s why we decided to try it for ourselves. Back then, we tried two variants of their hotdogs: Vader and Battousai. And there we fell in love with their hotdogs.

The first experience was good and was worth spending our penny into. Fast forward, we tried their hotdogs from time to time by ordering from them through their social media platform.

Now, Hungry Dog finally opened another door to Cebuanos with their physical branch at 96 J. Alcantara St. Sambag 1, Cebu City (near the University of San Carlos). 

Hungry Dog’s new store has that cozy ambiance that you’ll surely love. It has that touch of industrial vibes and a picture-perfect interior. And of course, you can try many variants of their hotdog sandwiches here as well.

Aside from hotdogs, you can also pair it up with some good Nachos or fries with loaded toppings!

As Hungry Dog opens its physical store to the public, they have also stretched its menu to a wider one now including some rice bowls. You can also order here some rice bowls such as their Spam & Egg Rice Bowl, Cheesy Bacsilog, Corned Beef & Egg, Longganisa, and Chili Con Carne.
